Post Blizzard Surf 2013

Hipstah Model 5’10

There been some great winter swells but I missed most.  Been in traction due to some back pain and Sciatica, Boo.

Plenty of working going on and still shaping away.

Heres one from end of December.

Was a great trip Last week.  Nov 2-11, flew out to Sandiego and traveled north.
Right off the plane to a point near PB, solid head +..

Next day surfed blacks and some overhead dregders. Perfect barreling left and a guy from RI dropping in on me! Booo.
BBQ in PB that night and off next morning to Morro Bay(stop before Santa cruz)
We Checked WindanSea before we left, should of just left!

The South Side of Morro Bay. Some big set were rolling threw. Tons of sea life hanging out seals otters and dolphins. Well overhead and big sets rolling threw.

We stopped here because we had to surf atleast once a day, we figuired that it would of been night time when we got to Santa Cruz.

We had a friend in Santa Cruz we were staying with.  He’s a little creepy.  Who knows what he is doing behind the bush.

Its a good time and a Great cause to raise money for the Christopher’s Haven.

I will be donating a Stand up paddle Boards to for the raffle.

“Christopher’s Haven is a 501(c)3 non-profit that provides housing for families who bring their child to Boston’s MassGeneral Hospital for Children for cancer treatment. Christopher’s Haven is located at One Emerson Place, adjacent to the hospital, where seven large and completely furnished apartments and a community space are available to families who travel from out of state or outside the country for daily outpatient treatments. A typical stay is 6-8 weeks.”

Was a great event this year, no fog and rain. Glad to see everyone again, new and old friends.  Thanks For taking the Chino crew home with you and feeding us!
